DETECTION & TRACKING

People & selected vehicles

Identify visible people and supported vehicle classes, with temporary tracks that help follow activity through the recording.

AREA-BASED RULES

Zone entry & exit

Define an area that matters and inspect movement across its boundary, from a plant entrance to a controlled corridor.

MOVEMENT RULES

Directional crossings

Review passage across a virtual line in a chosen direction, such as movement through a gate or along a service route.

TIME IN A ZONE

Dwell monitoring

Find tracked activity that stays in a defined area beyond the selected duration, then inspect why it remained there.

VISIBLE ACTIVITY

Counts & occupancy

Review visible people or vehicles and sustained counts within a selected view or zone. Compare the activity with the footage.

IMAGE-SPACE PROXIMITY

People near vehicles

Bring close visual interactions between people and vehicles into focus for a person to assess in the camera view.

SOURCE-LINKED EVIDENCE

Event-linked replay

Select an event and open its surrounding sequence. Inspect the approach, the event and what happened next.

HUMAN REVIEW

Review notes & exports

Record a review decision and note, then export a structured record with the source, event and observation context.

Fixed-camera rules are tuned to your camera view, footage quality and operational priorities.

PRACTICAL WORKSPACE CONTROLS

Find it. Inspect it.
Make the next step clear.

Useful controls connect your source footage, selected events and human review. Explore them in a focused demonstration.

01
SOURCE SELECTION

Choose the recorded source

Select an analyzed scene and see its source context, duration and available activity. Keep the camera view and review question connected.

02
PLAYBACK & OVERLAYS

Control what you see

Play, pause and seek through footage, change replay speed, and show or hide tracks and configured zones to inspect the scene.

03
TIMELINE & FILTERS

Find the work that matters

Use the event timeline and evidence inbox. Filter by event type or review status and open a relevant event directly.

04
RULE SETUP

Tune the review area

Set a zone label, image region, duration and occupancy threshold for suitable fixed views, then evaluate the resulting activity.

FROM A CUE TO A CONSIDERED RESPONSE

An event is a starting point.
The footage tells the story.

An observation should lead to a closer look. Explore an illustrative workflow your team can use to evaluate a site-specific demonstration.

CONFIGURED ZONE · EXAMPLE

Someone enters a service lane. What happens next?

  1. 01

    Configure the question

Choose a suitable fixed view and define the service-lane zone for the question your team needs to answer.

  2. 02

    Surface the activity

A person track enters the configured service-lane zone.

  3. 03

    Inspect the source

Inspect the surrounding clip. Check the camera angle, activity and whether entry was expected.

  4. 04

    Record the next step

The reviewer decides whether to dismiss the cue, add a local note or follow the site’s response procedure.

START WITH THE CAMERAS YOU HAVE

Your camera estate.
A plan that fits.

Assess the view before choosing the workflow. Lens, lighting, angle, movement and the available footage all matter.

Discuss camera and deployment fit

Check the source

Share camera types, recording formats, approximate camera count and the intended use. Start with representative footage you are authorised to use.

Define a focused evaluation

Select a fixed view, configure the zone or rule, and agree which events the team will review. Evaluate across real lighting and activity conditions.

Agree the deployment boundary

Agree how the solution should fit your network and operating model. Review data location, hosting, authorised access, VMS integration and support requirements.

SECURITY, WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Protect the footage.
Define the responsibility.

A credible deployment starts with access controls and an agreed data-handling plan. Match the safeguards to the site, users and intended purpose.

CURRENT HOSTED APPLICATION CONTROLS

Protected transport

HTTPS for the hosted deployment.

Authenticated access

Password-hash authentication and authenticated application access.

Controlled media routes

Private media storage served through authenticated asset routes.

Session safeguards

Session and CSRF controls around application actions.

AGREE BEFORE ENTERPRISE ROLLOUT

Privacy & compliance planning

Define the monitoring purpose, authorised viewers, retention period and response procedure. Confirm the applicable privacy, employment and sector requirements with your organisation.

  • Hosting model and data location
  • Footage permissions and retention
  • Access roles and shared review records
  • Integration, incident handling and ownership

Agree the required enterprise safeguards, responsibilities and implementation scope before rollout.

Can we use our existing CCTV cameras?

Start with your existing estate. Compatibility depends on camera views, footage quality, recording formats and the selected workflow. A camera and recorder assessment establishes the source fit for your intended deployment.

Is it live, cloud or on-premise?

The hosted workspace uses analyzed recorded replay. Discuss live-source, native Mac webcam/RTSP, on-premise or private-cloud requirements as part of the deployment assessment, including data location and integration.

What does a reviewer actually do?

A reviewer selects relevant activity, inspects the source footage and surrounding sequence, and decides whether follow-up is needed. The footage supports the decision. The site team owns the response.

How are the rules tuned for our site?

Choose a suitable fixed camera view, define the zone or crossing line and agree the duration or activity condition. Test representative day/night and busy/quiet footage, then evaluate missed and false cues against the site’s acceptance criteria.

What should we bring to a demonstration?

Bring your sector, one priority use case, camera count and camera/recorder details. For a site-specific evaluation, agree a representative sample, footage permissions and a secure transfer method with Any Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Do not send sensitive footage in the initial email.

How do you approach privacy and compliance?

Scope the monitoring purpose, footage permissions, authorised access, data location and retention before deployment. Keep human review central to the workflow and assess the applicable privacy and sector requirements for the intended site.

Can it connect to our VMS or existing workflow?

Share the VMS/NVR model, available interfaces, network constraints and the workflow you need. The technical assessment defines suitable interfaces, alert channels and the integration work required.

How is the commercial scope decided?

The priority use cases, camera/source count, deployment model, integration and support requirements shape the proposal. Any Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. will define the deliverables, evaluation criteria, responsibilities and commercial scope with your team.

YOUR SITE. YOUR PRIORITY. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.

Start with one camera.
And one question
worth answering.

Plan a focused demonstration around the activity your team needs to understand. We’ll discuss source fit, the review workflow and what a site-specific evaluation should establish.

  1. A priority use case and camera-fit discussion
  2. A walkthrough of activity-to-footage review
  3. Next steps for scope, safeguards and evaluation
