Privacy Notice
Last updated: 11 October 2026
How we handle information on our corporate website and in business enquiries.
1. Who this notice covers
Any Tech Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “Any Tech Ventures”) operates anytechventures.com. This notice explains the handling of personal information connected with this public corporate website and business enquiries sent to us.
It does not cover authenticated health applications, Academy accounts or purchases, or information processed under a customer project agreement. Those services require their own notices and applicable agreements.
2. Contacting us
The website provides email, telephone and WhatsApp links. An email link opens your email application; a telephone link opens your calling service; a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp. The website does not itself submit a contact form or accept payments.
When you choose to send a message, your chosen communications provider processes it under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive the information you send through that channel.
3. Information involved
Please share only the information needed for your business enquiry. Do not send patient records, medical reports, passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information through these general contact channels.
- Enquiry information: your name, business or organisation, role, email address, telephone number, message content and any attachments you choose to send.
- Correspondence: our replies and information needed to understand and follow up on your request.
- Technical information: website and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, requested page or asset URLs, browser and device information, request times, and security or network-error logs when your browser connects.
4. Why information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange requested conversations and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, security and prevention of misuse. Information may also be needed to meet applicable legal requirements or address a dispute.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Website delivery and security infrastructure includes Cloudflare. Hosting, network, email and communications providers may process information as part of delivering their services. Their systems may operate in India or other countries.
Information may be available to people handling your enquiry and to service providers supporting that work. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, or where lawfully necessary to respond to a security incident or protect legal rights. A separate project can require additional disclosures, which should be addressed in its own agreement and notice.
6. Cookies, browser storage and network reporting
Loading a page sends technical requests to the servers and services that deliver it. Security or delivery features may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies. Network-error reporting can also send technical diagnostic information to infrastructure providers; this is separate from the messages you choose to send us.
The exact cookies, storage and diagnostics can depend on your browser and the services active when you visit. You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site features. Contact us if you need details about a particular request or item of stored data.
7. Retention and security
How long information is kept depends on the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, security needs, and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Different service providers may apply their own retention arrangements to technical records.
No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep initial enquiries limited to business contact details and a general description of your needs. If a project requires confidential information, agree an appropriate sharing method with us first.
8. Your choices and privacy enquiries
You can choose whether to contact us and what to include. You can also ask us to correct information you supplied, explain how it is being used, consider a deletion request, or stop optional follow-up messages. If you want to withdraw a consent you previously gave, describe the information and use concerned.
Send privacy or grievance enquiries to [email protected], with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject if convenient. We may need proportionate information to verify and understand a request. Its outcome depends on the information involved, applicable law, and any valid reason it must be retained. Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Children’s information
This corporate website is intended for business enquiries. Please do not submit personal information about children through its general enquiry channels. Any service involving learners or children needs its own appropriate notice and safeguards.
10. External sites and updates
Links to anytechskills.com, WhatsApp and other external services take you to environments with their own privacy notices and terms. Review those before submitting information there.
We may update this notice when the website, our practices or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. A change to this notice does not itself provide consent for a new use where consent is required.
